After many years of entertaining their friends and large extended family in Pearland, Texas, Shawn and his wife, Krystal were inspired to open Alvin Smoked Meats & Eats. The family owned and operated barbecue restaurant was opened November 4, 2016. You will find some of the same traditional barbecue dishes offered in most Texas barbecue restaurants… but with a twist. The meat is marinated with a recipe created by his wife, then smoked using a high-quality Pecan wood. Along with the traditional dishes, creates the recipes and specialty dishes.
Shawn and his wife have lived in Pearland, Texas for 19 years. They are raising one teen and have three grown kids.
